Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment

In the context of the special harvest determination (BEE) on the basis of the agrar statistics law a countrywide representative collection over the substantial quality of wheat and rye is done. On the reprensentative data basis an evaluation of the quality of German wheat and rye harvest is possible. In the context of the cultivar admission of varieties of grain (wheat, rye, oats) by the Bundessortenamt the raw material qualities and manufacturing properties of the tested strains are examined.
