Purpose of research: Experimental development
The main objective of the coordination and management project is the successful implementation, monitoring and further development of the Innovation Area NewFoodSystems. This is done in close cooperation with its committees and partners as well as the BMBF and the PtJ. In the Innovation Area NewFoodSystems, food and ingredients for food and animal feed will be produced using new methods and novel sources, which combine maximum added value with resource-friendly production and thus reconcile the needs of people and the environment.
