The project "network for transfer of knowledge in food industry (DigiFood)" supports all innovation projects that belong to the BMEL funding programm on innovation for the digital transformation of the food industry. The neccesary framework will be formed to support the innovation transfer between science and practinioners by following three goals: 1. Establishing a general network between the protagonists of the food industry, 2. Implementation of comprehensiv topics, and 3. Transfer of knowledge and results for different target groups. These goals will be espacially pusued within the funded innovation projects. In this way, DigiFood contributes to the creation of an innovativ ecosystem within the food industry and the participating companies. This ecosystem will accelerate a future oriented development of the food industry and ensures that small companies have a chance to profit of digital transformation as well.
