Description

Müncheberg is situated on the glacially formed Eastern Barnim plateau. The site is representative of the groundwater-distant light sandy sites of Northern and Central Europe. Strongly continentally influenced climate in the border zone to the Mecklenburg-Brandenburg transition climate. Air temperature and precipitation (30-year average from 1961 to 1990): Daytime temperature: 8,4°C Annual precipitation: 531 mm
