Description
Rural areas are characterised, among others, by the way land is used. the Institute of Rural Studies explores how these areas are used, by whom and in what way, what effects this has on natural resources and how uses can be changed and shaped.
The Institute of Rural Studies is focused on economics and the social sciences and works closely with the Institute of Farm Economics and the Institute of Market Analysis and Agricultural Trade Policy of the TI.
