The operational group is introducing a special value of pork with outstanding quality and enjoyment values from regional production for butchers, caterers an canteens. The following aspects will be considered and, if necessary, worked on: The genetic foundation is based on the Deutsche Landrasse and Large White breeds established in the region and established within the local pig breeding association (German Genetics). Crossbreeding with old robust breeds will create specific quality features of the meat. The animals are kept in line with animal welfare standards and with indigenous GMO-free feed. Slaughtering is carried out with regard to animal welfare standards and looking for high meat quality The meat technology processes are aligned to the production of premium products. Process quality and product safety are ensured and made transparent through comprehensive data collection and integrated data management at all stages of production. Specific marketing measures will improve the image of pork.
