To increase and secure the harvests, the amount of needed water rises up simultaneously. At the same time regional water resources are rare and water shortage is a growing problem. To ensure a responsible water use technical systems support a smart irrigation management. The project aims to combine existing decision-supporting-systems to optimize the irrigation management. The software Irrigama Steering and the irrigation recommendation will be integrated in the Raindancer-App, that regulates technically the irrigation infrastructure.
