Aim of the project ist o develope methods for the cultivation of selected aromatic mushrooms. In detail, cultivation methods for fungi from the Omphalotaceae, Marasmiaceae and Auriscalpiaceae families are to be tested. Furthermore, a suitable technical center is to be planned for testing the commercial production of these seasoning mushrooms, with which experience can be gained for a production plant. Project steps: Optimization of existing submerged media, taking into account the agricultural substrates Investigations in the field of fructification of selected aromatic mushrooms Quality control of the fruit body through sensory and instrumental analysis Testing of the ecological cultivation of spelled grain in disadvantaged areas as a future raw material basis for the cultivation process planning of further plant technology.
