In cooperation with representatives along the entire value chain, concepts will be discussed and developed that highlight the interrelationships and environmental services of systemic organic farming and make them comprehensible.  Topics will be discussed in 4 work packages: - Quality / grades: scientific processing/data collection on consumer acceptance of skin defects and their influence on shelf life, sooty blotch, evaluation of the microbiome on the apple surface - Biodiversity performance on farms - Varietal diversity/strategy (apple): Development of a marketing concept with focus on varietal diversity - Soil: Recording of the different practice strategies and development of recommendations for action
