Purpose of research: Applied research

The aim of this project is Hamburg project to make the introduction of organic products in the school and kindergarten meals so that the resulting food offer the desires and needs of children and young people and the existing structures is adapted. To assess in detail what is working well, to the target group of each (children and adolescents, school administration and teachers, parents, canteen management and staff, caterers and anyone else involved in the food involved) to motivate and thus offer a holistic educational concept.
