Purpose of research: Applied research
The goal is to practice concepts, strategies and tools must be developed to work to increase the use of products from organic farming in the take-away meals for children. The project focuses on the board in day care. It identifies facilities with ideal-typical characteristics for the different conditions (location, food type) in which to be developed working tools, eco-food planner, sample-based ingredients list, guidance on qualities and characteristics of organic products, guidelines for improved procurement and logistics be tested. The practical implementation of the project content is evaluated and processed for further use for the various user groups. The project results and model strategies through the Internet portal and through targeted project-related information in publications and at the same time publicly made known. The developed practical solutions are designed to provide interested users with the opportunity to address the introduction of organic products targeted in day care to.
