Purpose of research: Applied research
The objective of our work is the extraction, identification and characterisation of A. valerianellae isolates from corn salad plants with leaf spots. During the occurring of bacterial diseases in vegetables, methods for qualitative and quantitative detection of pathogens are used. Furthermore methods for resistance screening should be developed.
