Analysis of main constituents of vegetable fats and oils like triglycerides anf fatty acids just as minor components like sterols, tocopherols, waxes hydrocarbons and further constituents for the complete characterization of even unknown samples, because nearly all constituents, especially the minor components, are interesting because of their nutritional effects.
