Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
The project investigates how different incubation media affect the growth or inactivation of microorganisms in the presence of silver nanoparticles. The microorganism growth curves in the incubation media (without silver nanoparticles) are examined. The influence of the incubation medium is determined by comparing the growth curves in the incubation media with and without silver nanoparticles.
