Development of a new technological process of in vitro propagation of fruit and other deciduous trees, using biological and technical possibilities of increasing the production of vital, optimally adapted plant for nursery, fruit cultivation and forestry. - Use of new selections with improved growth and yield parameters in order to obtain an exclusive possible market access - Integration of liquid culture systems in the proliferation in vitro to increase crop yield - Use of technical solutions in horticultural production to reduce the manual effort - Control of growth and development processes in plant breeding to produce a matched to the intended optimum plant quality - Investigation on storage solutions of different stages during in vitro production to increase production flexibility.
