Purpose of research: Public relations
The aim of this project is to evaluate the BfR-website regarding its usability. The study will focus on testing the efficiency, effectiveness and user experience. The results will be used for the planed relaunch of the BfR homepage. During the study, consumers from four risk groups and representatives from five multiplication groups will examine the website, participate in two surveys and work on several search-tasks designed to test the usability of the website. The study will be conducted after a small revision of the starting page of the BfR website scheduled for the end of 2018. Therefore, the study can also be used to determine the success of thisl revision. To serve as a reference point, the study will also include an analysis of the AGES-website. The results from this analysis can also be used to work on specific measures to improve the usability of the BfR-website.
