"Inthe RoBoKl project ""Plant tissue culture 4.0 - artificially intelligent, fully automatedin vitro plant production"", a sterile plant propagation system was successfully developed that works autonomously and sterilely robotically using Al and sensor technology. The plants produced in the plant robot, as they grow in novel single-cell systems and substrate plugs, can be processed fully automatically using corresponding transplanter systems until they are planted in the greenhouse. Tothis end, three development goals were achieved in the project: An automatic bonituring procedure (RoBon) to ensure healthy, high-quality starting material for the propagation process. The programming of artificial intelligence (RoBoKl) for autonomous propagation of plants with lasers in prototypical RoBoCut constructions. The development of cultivation systems (RoBoPlug) for the fully automated processing of young plants until they are placed or transplanted into the greenhouse."
