Purpose of research: Basic research
The project based on the thesis, that the agriculture in NRW can be strengthened by selective cluster management and network development. Contract of the project is to assess the economies of scope and to develope recommendations for the improve of cluster management and network design. In the range of the research significance and distribution of the cluster management in industry, science, politics and society are to determine. Afterwards clusters and networks in NRW in which the agriculture of the country is either participant or could be partner. Selected (sub-)clusters and networks will be analyzed comprehensively.
