Collaborative project: AI-based MIR measurement system for determining quality in viticulture - subproject C (SmartGrape)
Project
Project code: 28DK129C20
Contract period: 23.04.2021
- 31.10.2024
Budget: 215,810 Euro
Purpose of research: Applied research
Keywords: integrated plant protection, viticulture (winery), AI Artificial Intelligence, vine, product quality, sustainability, knowledge transfer, networking, digital world, ingredients
Within the scope of the project, measuring systems based on infrared spectroscopy in the middle range (MIR) are to be developed for grapes with the help of artificial intelligence. The high information content of infrared spectroscopy in the middle range of infrared radiation, in combination with artificial intelligence, should enable the most precise and non-destructive characterization of grapes with regard to valuable and safety-relevant aspects during production.
