Purpose of research: Experimental development

For validation of official methods for food authenticity control the § 64 LFGB working groups of the Federal Offfice of Consumer Protection and Food Safety need to perform ring trials. For these ring trials the NRZ-Authent will produce and provide spiked food samples.
