The aim of the project funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry (StMELF) is to create transparency for the market as well as the regional processing structures and potentials of organically produced products in Bavaria. To this end, an overview of specific submarkets as well as processing and marketing facilities for the products is to be compiled, thus laying the basis for the implementation of regional value chains in connection with the Bavarian Organic Seal.
