Purpose of research: Project preparation activity
The main objective is to develop a feasibility study for the development and establishment of a network of pilot farms for organic farming, in which represents the long-term monitoring of the operating systems the essential basis for short-term observations, experiments or operational developments. The methodological approach, in particular the long-term monitoring of operating systems in the interaction of various individuals and institutions will be developed. Using the example of the three regions of Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia and East Germany, the goals are defined, a pilot operating network and worked out the procedure in detail. The interaction between actors and the realization of conditions including the financing will be examined and estimated the expected results for practice, consulting and academia. As a result of the study implementation and financing plan for a pilot project created network.
