Purpose of research: Public relations
The aim of the project is to establish a European-oriented technology platform to safeguard the interests of the German organic sector in the framework of European research priorities. The project proposal can be divided into three objectives: first sub-goal is to build a research platform for organic food sector and rural development. Based on this, a research vision for the organic food industry will be defined and created. The developed results will be disseminated in the third sub-goal. The work plan is aligned to the three main objectives. First, it is time to develop the management structures of the platform, partner organizations to recruit and establish a secretariat. It will organizes a vision workshop and developed a research vision. This project is embedded in a targeted communication strategy to the platform and the results effectively to make it public. The results will be used to develop the research vision into a strategic research agenda and to orient future research calls on the EU level to the interests of the German organic sector.
