Purpose of research: Applied research

There are the experiences analyzed with the provisions of VIG and workable and legally sound solutions to meet to develop possibly identified problems. It is expected a thorough, interdisciplinary legal drafting. Here are the findings on the practical experiences in dealing with the VIG and may involve the emerging information culture altered by authorities and companies (another project 08HS024) in the trade-offs. proposals may consider to be drawn specifically to be worked out and legislation was introduced to establish well-founded. The following sub-items are processed: impact of a planned to process the information concerns periods with a view to ensuring the prompt provision of information b. Use of the right to information regarding the number and type of requests made, the frequency of granting a request for information or frequency of and reasons for rejected requests for information and development costs for consumers c. Discussion and evaluation of the expansion of the scope of the law on food, feed and commodities to other products and services, taking into account their specific needs d discussion and evaluation of the involvement of companies in the consumer policy responsibilities, in particular by improving consumer access to the information provided by companies e Mutual coordination and systematization of all legal rights to information.
