Purpose of research: Applied research

'The purpose of consumer research on a broad empirical basis is to clarify the following issues: 1 importance of alcohol levels for different consumer segments with wine, 2 Clarification of the relationship between alcohol content and other quality criteria targeted at wine from a consumer perspective, 3rd assessment verschiedenenr technological processes reduction of alcohol by consumers, 4 objective and subjective sensory evaluation of the influence of alcohol reduction in wine quality and overall content of individual components.
