Purpose of research: Conferences and Meetings
'The main objective of this project is the qualification of actors (producer, manufacture and retailer) in the organic agriculture business. Because of the small amount of qualification possibilities in the field of organic agricultural in the federal states Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony, the Thüringer Ökoherz and their mentioned project partner will provide all together three expert conferences to improve the knowledge in this area. The main impact of the expert conferences is to support and to raise the working- and process -quality in the fieldproduction (agriculture and horticulture), the organic food processing and the organic trade market.
Altogether the Thüringer Ökoherz e.V. will implement three conferences: one winter conference (two days conference), one organic agriculture demonstration day and one autumn conference for organic food-manufactures and organic retails.
To implement professional conferences with a high output for the participants, Ökoherz will invite expert speakers to the above mentioned topics, organise workshops with a high praxis relevance and will use methods which actively involve practitioners. Furthermore the conferences will provide space for personal meetings and interactions between the partners involve.'
