Purpose of research: Experimental development

The project’s goal is to develop an energy cockpit for milk processing establishments. The finalized package of products and services satisfies the requirements to bring such a system into service: analysis of power distribution, selcetion of measuring points and sensors, their installation, automatic data acquisition, development of algorithms for evaluation, output to a web based monitoring tool (‘cockpit’). Industrial research to develop the method of analysis and recommendations for procedural measures is part of the project. Task schedule provides the development of the method of analysis on basis of one selected dairy (infrastructure, list of components, logical classification); the testing on universal validity to gain a maximum of information by minimal effort; the development of the tools needed; the execution of procedural measures to increase efficiency and evaluation of those (monitoring); the implemention of algorithms for evaluation for process equipment typically used in dairies.
