Organic food is getting increasingly demanding and complex within recent years. There are various perspectives on current requirements regarding organic certification and how to cope with them. The present project aims at shedding light on these issue, integrating differing perspectives and developing sound and tailored solutions to current qualification and training requirements. These are developed within an open process involving important organic certification stakeholders such as certification bodies, public authorities and organic food enterprises.
