Purpose of research: Applied research
In a joint pilot project of the Bavarian Federal Müller eV and the LFL will examine how well the DON content of wheat a lot, even before the harvest, based on samples of ears of corn can be estimated.
2008 also involved the BayWa AG, the country trade association of Bavaria, the Association of German mills and the LKP in this project. Support in the amount of 50% is covered by the nutrition cluster promised.
