Evaluation of the Rural Development Programme as asupporting process during the programming phase (evaluation of relevance, consistency, coherence, impact assessment, appraisal of implementation provisions).
The final evaluation report summarizes the results and evaluation activities. The report (including a summary in English) is published on www.eler-evaluierung.de.
