Purpose of research: Basic research
Within the scope of an EU-project (ISOSTER) methods for the analysis of steroids in different matrices of cattle were developed. The tests thereby carried out are the basis for further investigations in regard to establishing purification procedures. Additionally the possibility of an expansion of this new methodical approach on other areas (e.g. metabolism studies) should be checked out.
