Purpose of research: Applied research
Objective: Module 1: A list of all cinnamon containing foods of the VELS-study (food consumption survey to determine food intake
by infants and small children for the estimation of the acute toxicity risk from pesticide residues) shall be compiled, including the amount of consumed foods per person and the cinnamon content of foods. Module 2: The foods, which were not considered in Module 1 (focussing on children), shall be handled analogically basing on the DONALD-study (Dortmund Nutritional and Anthropometric Longitudinally Designed Study) regarding the cinnamon concentration.
