Purpose of research: Basic research

Analytical methods for DON and ZEA with a coefficient of variation of 20% were developt. Based on 3500 samples mean concentrations of 100µg and 3µg/kg respectively were observed.The mean intake of the German consumer is estimated at 0.5 and 0.02/kgbwd respectively.
