Comparative studies on honeybees (Apis mellifera L.) and residues in bee samples on the potential impact of tank mixes with different insecticides classified as non-hazardous to bees (Project)

Purpose of the investigations is to clarify to waht extent the toxicity of mixtures is increased compared to individual formulations, and if the toxicity behaves additively or even synergistically. The aim is to assess and compare the risk of tank mixes and to derive findings for the conduct of risk assessments and measures for existing authorizations of insecticides.

Development of breeding material by analysis and selection of important cropping and usability characters in so far neglected genetic ressouces of narrow leafed lupin (Lupinus angustifolius L.) (Project)

Rhizodeposits and Methionincontent as economic important characters in adaptability to adverse soil conditions and feed-value of protein will be evaluated in bitter forms of narrow leafed lupins donated by the Vavilov Institute for plant industry. It is expected that in bitter forms a higher degree of variability for these characters can be found than in sweet forms. Highly transcribed...
