The association 'FoodDACH e.V.' brings together the know-how of the areas nutrition, health and food from Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH). FoodDACH wants together with the European consortium Foodbest, an initiative by seven European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy), to prepare a promising application for a so-called KIC ('Knowledge and Innovation Community'), a European Union funded innovation platform with the title 'food4future'.
