Fluorescence image analysis of leaf compounds

Purpose of research: Basic research

A multicolour fluorescence imaging analysis system will be established. The aim is the non-destructive, fast and cost-efficient analysis of crop plants and their products. In the medium and long term this should replace the conventional chemical analysis for detection of health as well as biotic and abiotic stress factors.
